Mimish Giveaway Rules

Official Rules


The MIMISH Holiday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Mimish Inc., located at 127
Main Street, Delhi, NY 13753 (the “Sponsor”).

By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to these Official Rules and the Sponsor's decisions
regarding the promotion.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances
of winning.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram,
Meta, or TikTok.


Eligibility


The Giveaway is open to legal residents of [eligible U.S. states or geographic area] who are at
least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Employees of Mimish Inc., participating agencies, and their immediate family or household
members are not eligible to participate.

The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Participants must meet all eligibility requirements
outlined in these Official Rules.

Entry Period


The MIMISH Holiday Giveaway begins on [October 23, 2026, at 11am ET] and ends on
[October 30, 2026, at 12am ET].

All entries must be submitted through the official Giveaway landing page before the closing
deadline. Entries received after the Giveaway ends will not be eligible.

How to Enter

To participate in the MIMISH Holiday Giveaway:

  1. Visit https://mimishdesigns.com/pages/holiday-giveaway-lp.
  2. Complete the official Giveaway entry form with the required information.
  3. Submit your entry before the Giveaway deadline.

Limit one entry per person/email address during the promotional period. Multiple entries
submitted in violation of the entry limit may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to participate. Following MIMISH on social media is encouraged but
is not required for entry.

Prize Bundle

One (1) eligible winner will receive a MIMISH Holiday Giveaway Prize Cozy Crew Bundle featuring a
selection of products designed for comfort, sleepovers, and family adventures.
The proposed prize bundle includes:

  • One (1) MIMISH Sleep-N-PackTM — a convertible sleeping bag and backpack.
  • One (1) MIMISH robe.
  • One (1) MIMISH blanket.

The exact products, available colors, sizes, quantities, and approximate retail value of the prize
bundle will be confirmed by MIMISH before the Giveaway begins.

Prize availability is subject to the final approved product selection. Prizes are non-transferable
and may not be redeemed for cash. Any substitutions will be subject to applicable law and the
final Official Rules.

Total approximate retail value: $200

Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the
Giveaway period.

The drawing will take place on or around November 2, 2026

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided on the official entry form
and must respond within 30 days to claim the prize.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the designated period (72 hours), or
does not meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.

The winner may be required to verify eligibility before the prize is awarded. MIMISH will
coordinate shipment directly with the confirmed winner.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Privacy Policy

Personal information submitted through the Giveaway entry form will be collected and used by
Mimish Inc. for the administration of the Giveaway, including contacting the selected winner and
coordinating prize fulfillment.

Any optional subscription to promotional emails or marketing communications should be
presented separately from Giveaway entry, with the appropriate consent options.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and all applicable laws.
MIMISH reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to disqualify entries that are fraudulent,
incomplete, automated, or otherwise violate the Official Rules.

If fraud, technical difficulties, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control
compromise the Giveaway, MIMISH may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion as permitted
by applicable law.

MIMISH is not responsible for entries that are lost, incomplete, delayed, or not received due to
technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

Any applicable taxes associated with accepting a prize are the responsibility of the winner,
subject to applicable law.
